T.J. Burnett AMP, President/CEO of Equip Mortgage and Financial, has over 15 years experience in the service industry, specializing in providing counseling and guidance during times of high stress. T.J. is also one of the founding members of Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professions (CAAMP). His involvement in the mortgage, real-estate, and service industry has inspired him to bring together a strong team to help succeed in making EQUIP the leading provider of group financial services.

Janice Burnett

Janice Burnett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Manitoba and Remedial Massage Therapy diploma from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba. She managed and owned her own Wellness Center that specialized in Massage Therapy and Naturopathic Medicine. Janice has always had a heart for developing nations. The insight she has gained from her travels has caused her to focus that concern on the lack of opportunity that people in these countries face. Her focus is to support charitable operations that not only meet current needs, but also impact the economy and generations to follow.

Justin Hintz

Business Development Manager

Justin Hintz obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the I.H. Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, majoring in Finance and Supply Chain Management. Justin has previously owned and operated his own real estate construction business, specializing in residential and commercial real estate equity enhancement. His experience in multiplying the net worth of commercial clients provides an excellent background in multiplying the net worth of businesses and associations providing the group benefits of EQUIP.

Caily Coubrough

File Allocation Specialist

Caily Coubrough obtained a Business Administration Diploma at Red River College majoring in Marketing. Knowing that everyone's needs are different, Caily's role is to help assess these individual needs in order to maximize the benefits that EQUIP can provide. She will provide the support and the "glue" that binds Equip together.
